Sounds like one amazing smoke Macker, glad you felt it was money well spent.
Hope I get chance to afford one soon even just to find out for myself what all the fuss is about.

Well except of course that tomorrow is not guaranteed
Shit !!! The second part of your posting has got me in a panic TriShield.

I, too save my elite cigars for "special" times or occassions, but, if tomorrow is not guaranteed maybe I should smoke them all when I get them!!!
Could it be that Old Eggy is the sensible one of us all???

My day will now be spent worrying.......or should I be smoking.. ...God, what a quandary.
You may just have ruined my life mate.

        That does sound mouthwatering!

As for the Behike 56...WOW!! That really did taste like a ?45 cigar!! It was definitely the best smoke my uncultured little palette has gotten itself round so far. From the start it was bursting with flavour but without the slightest hint of harshness...it had the strangest effect of making me feel like each puff coated my tongue with a thin layer of cream. It got stronger towards the end, thats for sure but it still never got harsh at any point. It just begged to be smoked right to the nub so I duly obliged and can happily report that as well as never getting harsh it also never got hot. I probably smoked it over 4 hours but suddenly, when I was done, I realised that despite it never feeling like an aggressive cigar, it had quietly kicked my butt. I do love it when occasionally a cigar gives me that intoxicated, slightly woozy feeling but usually I see it coming....this little beauty is an iron fist in the finest of silk gloves. I think I'm in love. If only affordable cigars could be like this.

        All hail the Behike
