Holiday singles purchased, going to Mauritius in November so need plenty to smoke on the beach, no double bands this time just some of my regular favourites, and a couple of siglo 6’s as an extra special treat, just got to purchase a dress box of P2’s and I’m good to go🛫🛬🏝️You do not have permission to view this gallery.

Nice selection for a holiday, I always take my own but have to ensure I smoke them all, if I am to get my full allowance coming back.Originally posted by Bigdog View PostHoliday singles purchased, going to Mauritius in November so need plenty to smoke on the beach, no double bands this time just some of my regular favourites, and a couple of siglo 6’s as an extra special treat, just got to purchase a dress box of P2’s and I’m good to go🛫🛬🏝️

Just a tip: I have it from a friend in Switzerland who owns an enormous collection of cigars: let the cigars rest in their boxes, leaving them in “singles” trays will only speed up their weakening😎Originally posted by Bigdog View PostRestocking the humidor, a dress box of 25 bolivar belicoso finos, I say this a lot but probably my all time favourite Cuban cigar👌🏻😶🌫️😁

HAve to agree, unless space is a serious issue. I only tend to empty boxes into humi's, when down to 3 sticks or less. Certainly seems to concentrate the flav more keeping them as nature intendedOriginally posted by Hookmaker View Post

As always there a counter story. I smoked my last Topes LE 2016 last week which has been unboxed for 8 years. Ok it's a 56 RG, been in a humidor and tupperdor and my cabinet. Started mild, built to medium/full and had me a bit light headed by the end.
My experience of my hundreds of singles over the last many years has been great with unboxed cigars. Sure some were bland, but a minority. But I also don't unbox
I also tend to mix box!

I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

Dress box of 25 RASS, Mauritius airport has nothing apart from davidoffs, unusually Mauritius has 2-3 go-duty free shops on the island where you can purchase duty free goods and have them sent to the airport for collection before leaving the country, one go-duty free shop in Port Louis had cigars also Cuban’s but I didn’t purchase any expecting to see a better selection at the airport, I purchased the RASS driving home from the airport in the uk, and to be fair as far as I have seen the uk suppliers (not all) are the best in the world🤟🏻😝😁You do not have permission to view this gallery.
