Might as well just inhale the woodstove....

It was about a two weeks ago when I finished off my little selection from Turmeaus. It is a nice night in Liverpool and guess what, I want a cigar! And guess what, I haven't got one

    Cuban Trinidad Reyes
    Nicaraguan Chinchalero
    Quorum Tres Petit
    Dominico Petit Corona
    Vasco Da Gama Corona

Out of the above I liked the Chinchalero the most followed by the Vasco Da Gama then the Dominico. The Reyes was disappointing and the Quorum was pretty horrible (I couldn't finish it)

Whilst it is too late for me today... can anyone make any recommendations based on the ones I did like... I am too uneducated to know what the Chinchalero indicates my tastebuds are tuned for!

    Thanks in advance

I was in Liverpool for a day last October and I had two things I had to do. Take the Beatles Fab Four Taxi Tour and then visit Turmeaus as I've been visiting them through their webcam for many years. Well, at the end of the tour the driver dropped us of at Turmeaus and I met the two women there who set me up with some great smokes too. They were expanding next door then. Hope you enjoy the cigars.

cohibaIV - I believe that Wednesdays and/or Fridays are better days to visit Turmeaus as there better informed staff are present. That said the young lad Ian did a splendid job helping me today.

Nice one guy I frequent there at least once a month for a few singles.
I remember spending about 20 minutes looking through a cab of Epicure no2s for the nicest looking one lol.
The staff are always helpful and patient
They have just extended their premises as well I believe.

Sounds like u had fun and being only 100 yds away I'm sure you will be having more! Loving the Trini Reyes proving that great things come in small packages!

So a fun lunchtime spent in Liverpool... just getting back into the old Cigar game.

Helpful staff set me up with some matches and a cigar cutter PLUS a:

    Cuban Trinidad Reyes
    Nicaraguan Chinchalero
    Quorum Tres Petit
    Dominico Petit Corona
    Vasco Da Gama Corona

I am hoping that should be a reasonable start to what I hope will be a fulfilling hobby
Working...
