Robusto, minimal veins, tight and visible seams, triple cap, tight pack. Foot band glued on and slightly stuck to wrapper but no damage removing it.
Cold draw: Sweet, creamy tobacco and dry hay aroma. Loose draw.
First light: A coffee taste with a slight peppery and hay finish. Hint of cocoa. Smooth.
First third: Mild. Dried earth and hay. Some nuttiness. Short finish. Good smoke output.
Halfway: Transition to a mild cream coffee and mild cocoa. taste. Pleasant and while mild it lasts well. Very mild white peppery finish.
Last third: Pepper ramped up a little and an increase in roasted nuttiness. Short and mild finish.
Flawless, razor sharp burn. A cigar you can put down and come back to without worrying it's gone out. Excellent construction. Ash held on well and fell off in two chunks. Main band removed cleanly. No strength throughout.
Burn time: About an hour.
Would buy a single again. Don't see myself ever getting a box though because I prefer some more interesting transitions.
