Jericho Hill - Fakes?

Hey Guys,

I know that [MENTION=13402615]PeeJay[/MENTION] has smoked a few of them and maybe some others as well.

I just got a friend of mine to bring me a box of the Willi Lee format of these. Last year I had a box as well, in a different format. The odd thing is, last years box has a few layers of very thin wood between the layers of cigars and all of them were naked. This box doesn't have those layers and all cigars are wrapped in cellophane.

That striked me as odd. Do you guys have any experience with these? Did yours come wrapped or naked?

The flavour of the Willi Lees is great, I am just having one and love it. But when I cut it, there were a few thicker stems in there as it seems and the ash falls of very quickly.

Might be then that they started using cellophane and didn't use it in the past. Curious how much NC fakes are out there. I would think that fakes are focusing on CC mostly.

I would only expect them to counterfeit the high end NCs like Opus X
