Hey folks, first post in this thread, been trying a few pipes and just ordered a nice pipe, with a nice tamper and a pipe zippo lighter.



However I did have one question and it was to do with the type of lighter fluid to use in the pipe zippo, standard zippo fuel or clean butane fuel etc?

Agreed. I use a zippo pipe lighter some might not like it but the fluid doesn't taint the flavour

What insert does the zippo have ...if your asking can you use standard fuel and the smoke to taste fine.....imo it's fine . I have zippo pipe lighter with the low odour fuel ...its fine

Same lighter as mine...I use this on all my pipe smokes and never detect an issue with fuel contamination. Something therapeutic about a zippo lol
