Macbaren NF is nothing like HH old fired - It's way way lighter and has virginia and even alledgedly some cavendish in it. If the old fired vibe is your thing try Revor plug that really is old and fired!

Sure will, that's the beauty of pipes.... For the cost of a box of cigars you can get 10-20 tins of tobacco, even at UK prices.

Or longer in some cases, I will happily let a bowl go out for an extended time if I get caught up with something. When you come back to them you can get very interesting flavours!

Try it with MacBaren Virginia Flake and leave a half smoked bowl over night... The next day it will taste like cotton candy, well does for me anyway!

Ready for an evening of fine tobaccos and drinks.
After 5 bowls of tobacco and many rounds of rum followed by whisky my mouth and head are a little delicate today. But how nice it is to sit and chat for many hours until the early hours of the next morning.
If the dogs could smoke I'm sure they'd have puffed on a few bowls too.

Frog Morton On the Bayou, this is a pretty well balanced blend... Kind of dark and sultry to begin with but tails of with a slightly sweet Virginia tang... Nice!

I've been drying my tobacco out more and packing lighter. I can get through a full bowl with not much more than 2 or 3 relights.
