Nowhere, it's effectively impossible.

191 proof AKA just under 97% is maximum.

Polish shops sell it under the name "Spirytus" there's something called everclear which is effectively the same stuff but unlikely to be available over here as its a yank thing I believe.

Alcohol that potent shouldn't be needed though.
