Yeah, i phoned them this morning and got it sorted, has now been shipped. I had ordered from them before and it was here the next day so cant complain. Still going to use them again for all pipe related items.

I made an order for a range of pipe tobaccos about 2 weeks ago and according to the website it is still 'Awaiting Fulfillment' i sent them a message about this but have not heard anything back. Was just wondering if anyone has ever had a problem with delivery from this site before or is it just a one off for me.
