Going to stick in a filter to the Stanwell and see how it smokes . my Petersons are filterless models. Plus the Stanwell has a 6mm adaptor . The cabbies looks a nice VaPer

The pipe looks great. It will be interesting to hear your comments on the tobaccos when you have tried them.

Hello there Tony. Sorry about the delay in posting. I have been finishing off my shifts with the Police before going back to the Navy full time next week. I will post a picture of the Professor pipe tomorrow. I use it as my Condor pipe. I'm quite a fan of it, but I do know it ghosts a pipe badly. When you've mentioned big pipes, I'll post a picture of my two Ashton Sovereign XXX's - one smooth and one rustic - both made by the late great Bill himself...Great pipes those...Best wishes, Rupert.

No, keeping it. I had the house when I was in previously. I will still get back home at weekends, as I'm starting with a shore draft.

Does this mean that you'll get chance to purchase some interesting smokes from around the world?

Being in the navy and pipe smoking seem to go hand in hand.
