In retrospect I should have probably did this first before the Revor Plug........it smells like a straight Virginia with just a hint of plummy perique no real sense of the Kentucky on the nose to me.
It lights well enough burns well, flavour is breaddy and its not a strong flavour on the retro is Virginia raisin bread sweetness with a bit of plummy spicy perique, but no Kentucky smokiness that I can detect.
Warning don't push it hard, while it won't get over hot it will turn cigarette like in the finish which for me is a big big Nope, I can't stand cigarettes or the smell, so keep a reasonable steady pace on this.
Room note is pleasant sort of sweet bread plummy, would I recommend? I mean if your after a mild to med smoke in think there are better flavourful options however it is a good quality smoke coming from Rattarays just not one that I'll be adding to the rotation.
This sample will be added to one of my custom blend kilner jar I think.
