An interesting find, let us know just how sweet it is. Could overpower some smokes but no doubt they will have blended it well. Sounds the perfect cure for the various symptoms one takes a hot toddy for. Love the Irish Whiskey myself so will keep an eye open for it.

hey simon, i'll be hunting about for a bottle for the weekend, if i find a bottle, i'll post my thoughts here!!! from what i've read, i don't think this is an irish mist/ drambuie type drink....... i don't think it's gonna be as sticky or syrupy!!! the nosing and tasting notes sound very appealing, and being a bushmills product, it's gonna be top quality!!! i'm not a fan of baileys irish cream, but bushmills done their own version a few years ago and it was delicious, a perfect blend!!! pity they stopped producing it!!

also, i would never have thought you'd be an irish whiskey lover, what's your favourite tipple?

RESULT!!! got a bottle of this today, 70cl=?19 in tescos!!! will sample a snifter tomorrow night when i'm off work and post my thoughts.....

hey mate, i'm cracking into it tonight!! i've 'wet the whistle'..... had a quick taste!!! i can honestly say, it's absolutely heavenly!!! it's not like any of the other 'honey' whiskies on the market!!! this is definitely a cigar smoker's drink, very tasty with a sweet edge, refreshing (for a whisk(e)y), balanced with a nice long finish!!! i'll be posting my full thoughts later, after my dinner and cigar!!

this is thoroughly recommended!!! ?19 a bottle, an absolute bargain!!!
