I'm currently making my way through a bottle of 12 yo Hibiki that I picked up from Tesco. This is very different to the single malts that 'm used to. Feels more rounded, floral, lighter than the malts I'm used to.

So far the 12 yr is tasting so well, now with that being said I have only drank the one bottle. this however would lead me to purchase a case of these given the chance. I was fortunate enough to have been bombed a bottle of there 21 year. So I have searched out this bottle for a friend and he in turn bomb me that 12 yr so I could drink that before the 21 lol. We don't get much Japanese whisky out this way, luckily they are importing more and the section is becoming bigger.

I like the 12 yr better, but since I can not get the 12yr here for under 150cad and I can get this for 110cad the price makes it just as appealing
