I don't know how anyone can drink instant coffee, it tastes nothing like the real stuff.

Good ol' Nescafe for me every time. No milk, no sugar .... I think sweet things are unnecessary with cigars .... hydration is the key to keeping nicotine under control, and alcohol is in most cases a dehydrator.

I see where you're coming from - it certainly seems a waste to adulterate a good home-made sloe gin. There's little in the world which tastes quite so good. It does make the slightly dodgier stuff that the big brands make passable, and works very well with some cigars. I'm thinking especially H.Upmanns, also good with Trinidads and the like.

I make it every year, had it with mixers but for me it kinda spoons the amazing mouth popping taste explosion that is homemade sloe gin.

Oh how could I forget it's by far and away my regular cigar tipple, no added sugar vimto. Honestly try it, it's brilliant. Brings a Monte 4 to life!

Mmmm El Dorado 15, a glorious tipple

I tend to have a nice long coffee with most smokes, or throw in a Youngs Double Chocolate stout to bring out the cocoa flavours.

I keep saying it but yes do it and you'll never regret it haha!

The Jeffersons bourbon is also good.

Duvel is beautiful as well as a personal favourite of mine with most cigars is a nice refreshing hoegarden.

Did have a lovely experience with Guinness and a RA Special select once as well.

    That all sounds perfect.

Beer: also Duval, Franziscana, 1966 Reserva, Waitrose Bierre Blond and others are all good with any smoke. Also love a good IPA.

I really love gin, my fave is probably Hendrics or Tanqueray 10 but there are lots of even better small batch. I also drink Cognac but not as frequently, I have a bottle of Remy VSOP for anytime I fancy it and the XO for special occasion, both go extremely well with any Cuban with age but exceedingly well with old Siglo VI's.
