Plus also, cocktail-wise I'm no 'Tom Cruise', I just enjoy drinkin' 'em, so the quicker and easier they are to make, the better for me!

Recipes all seem to differ slightly, but you're right, more of a 'Dark 'n' Stormy' although 'Perfect Storm' just seemed to work better for the quote on my post.

Thanks, sounds like Id like that, Im into sweet spirits. Are you a port/sherry/desert wine drinker? Can highly recommend Pedro Ximinez Sherry.. Theres nothing like it. Thick and black like treacle almost, tastes of honey/dates and is awesome after a meal instead of a desert.

I'm generally not a fan of very sweet drinks, unless there's something to balance the sweetness. Port and Sherry are two drinks that give me that balance, which makes them great before or after dinner drinks for me. Oh and BTW, how could I not like Port wine? Have you seen where I'm from?
