London pride ale

Hi folks.

I had only one bottle of it during last Bulldog Bash, and fell in love with this beer. Troubble is, the most well stocked shops in midlands (in my area that is) don't actually have it, owners say that it is not being sent up north for some stragne reason.

Now the question is - could anyone reccomend something similar? In particular, with similar, fruity aftertaste?

Have you tried Tesco?

An alternative English Pale.... Actually a much better beer altogether in my humble is Blandford Flyer by Badger.

Edit:
Marstons Pedigree, Wychwood Wychcraft, Wadworth 6X and Thwaites Wainwright are all worth a try too.

Great beer! They stock it in a Sainsburys up here in Aberdeen. Hobgoblin, Bishops Finger or Old Speckled Hen are good alternatives.

It's available almost everywhere in Preston..... Their ESB is arguably a better [different style] Beer though

I've not seen it anywhere here. Will try big Tesco and Asda today, but any other shops don't stock it...

That's possibly to do with an affiliation with other suppliers/ brewers
