I have recently taken to drinking a couple of cocktails of an evening. My go-to is a large Negroni, but experimented today and found a great little recipe by chance, which I now understand is a variation on the Woo-Woo. 40ml Vanilla Vodka, 40ml Peach Schnapps, topped with Cranberry Juice and a dash of lime. On my third now, going down far too easily!

What are your favourite cocktails with or without a cigar?

Negroni is amazing with a cigar, as is an espresso martnini.

I made a smokey martini the other day which was a great pairing:
60ml Gin (tanqueray)
7.5 ml Lagavulin
15ml dry Vermouth (Martini Riserva Speciale)

Love cocktails, think its pretty hard to find any that don't pair well with a smoke.

I like an old fashioned, made with bourbon, Rye whiskey or rum.

I love caipirinhas and dark and stormys, but don’t touch them, - once I get going I can’t stop.

Can't beat a good cocktail. Made a very nice Amaretto Sour recently.
Other than that, I enjoy an 18 yr old Auchentoshan with a small drop of water.

I like an old fashioned, made with bourbon, Rye whiskey or rum.

I do like a mojito and a well made cuba libre

One of the best cocktails I've ever had is a Chanch?nchara in a bar of the same name in Trinidad in Cuba. Its rum, lemon and honey but I've never been able to make one as nice as the one in the bar

I love a Pina Colada as well, which work quite well with my tee total wife as well as I just don't add the rum in her one
