  • Monkey 47

Having never been much of a Whiskey fan, although Jameson?s does go down very well.
I had my favourite tipple with a stick yesterday in the sun. I can confirm, the amazingly different flavour of Monkey 47 really compliments a cigar! Both delicious.
Id post pics of the amazing hand blown glass tumblers too but, not sure how to post pics yet. Too new!

Didn?t know there was a whiskey Monkey47. I am a big fan of the gin with the same name

Do you mean monkey shoulder the blended whisky? I don?t think there?s a relation between monkey 47 gin and monkey shoulder but there are similarities in branding so I guess there might be!

Sry! I meant Gin, not Monkey shoulder whiskey. It’s the gin that I am a huge fan of!

          I love monkey 47 gin! It?s lovely, just a shame it?s so expensive for a 50cl.

With the warmer weather I?ll give it a whirl though I have no doubt of that.

On the whisky front, and not to chante the subject too much, have you tried bourbon? They?re much more sweet that scotch whisky and more like Irish.

Funnily enough I was bought an old fashioned recently, it was lovely!
My old man swears by rye bourbons so I guess I?m going to have give more a go!
