Love sherry, goes really well with a cigar. Some favourites are Fino La Ina, La Guita, Amontillado Del Principe 15 anos.

Had the wine pairing below last night which had 3 amazing sherry's. No's 3, 4 and 5 on the list.

The Ximenez Spinola is one of the best I've ever tried, so complex.

Given I have summer holiday booked near Málaga, this set of posts has inspired me to order some sherry and see what I think (not that I need another “hobby” but hey, it’s. Christmas). Thanks for pointing out resources RobustoClubHavana

Opened another bottle of this tonight after more work around the house getting there should.have it all completed by 7th Jan and ready to move back on by the 14th if all goes well.

So I like a sweet Sherry.. (yes I am one of those) and recently have been enjoying Lustau’s East India Solera.. but looking for any other recommendations.. I don’t like it too sweet though as a I can’t drink some of the treacle like super sweet ones!

Hi if you like sweet and not very sweet try a selection of good quality cream sherry they are a blend of Oloroso and Px
Very sweet sherry is 100% Px
