I always thought the Monte 2 suffered from being a bit mass produced, guess its supply and demand... there are definately inconsistencies...even between the not so good ones.

So now there's two of you.....BIG DEAL!

Put a little age on your puros boys and then let us know what you think of this Classic Puro. After all, it's not one of the most popular (and mass produced) puros because it sucks!

What about the Cohiba Piramid EL 2007, senor stevieboy?

Point No 1.Nobody likes a smart arse, however i am fairly sure the MC EL Robusto and Cohiba El Pyramid were from 2006, not 2007.I think i can speak subjectively on this matter as i am fortunate to have both boxes in my humidor.

Point No 2.Technically speaking I am situated North of Hadrians wall, Ipso Facto I am Scottish, so that makes three of us in total TJ.

Point No 3.Like i said, nobody likes a smart arse.

Okay. Point 1: Technically speaking you are right. The Cohiba Pyrimid EL is an 06. I confussed it with the HdM Regalas 07 I enjoyed this morning. I have so many EL sometimes I mix them up, you understand. Not sure why you mentioned the MC Robusto. Did I say something about it in my post?

The Monte #4 is the biggest selling Cuban cigar of all time and it suffers terribly from quality control issues. Probably because the Cubans can't keep up with demand...
