I started off the day with a Partagas Aristocrat after lunch, cracking short smoke..

H Upmann Mag 50 EL - Old school - wholemeal toast into spicy milk chocolate marshmallows, draw to die for, long ash. followed by a 2011 H Upmann Coronas Major Tubos - just about ready to smoke, long white ash, earthy vegetal flavours with herby undertones.

Great flavours, pity about the pack which was extremely light and squishy with the associated draw and burn issues.

Is this normal for this stick?

To the best of my awareness I think it's just one of those inconsistencies that are to be found in Cubans generally.

Hmm, i've had a real hard time with these, not smoked one for a while, they have gone way down my list of preferred smokes..
