I voted for the GM because it's already got some good age on it, while the Britannicas could do with some rest time in your humi IMO.
If you want a midget to look like a baby, don't put a cigar in his mouth.

I have voted for the Britannicas as they are a great smoke and I would be interested to see what you think.

I have smoked neither but have just ordered some of the GM's (as they seem to have exceptional reviews on here and seem pretty rare), so want to know what you think of it!

The last one I smoked (2006 I think) was smooth and mellow

So out in the garden i went to sit in the sun with a large strong coffee laced with rum and the said GM Cuban.

So what did i think to my first one....?

Slightly smokeless and week at first but as it got going it was very enjoyable, mild with a fair bit of flavour.

Half way through and the flavour has become a little stronger and some nice smoke now it seems as it's warming up Still i would say fairly mild

Getting to the last part and the flavours are lovely, not too strong but certainly hitting the spot.

My conclusion: A smooth smoke with nice flavours. I'll certainly be coming back for more

                  50 Mins of pleasure enjoyed.

...50 mins seems pretty short for size and i'm surprised it was weak at first as they have a reputation for being on the strong side (perhaps because it's aged ) but most importantly did it have the WOW factor? Sumptious flavour's that tingle the tongue and tantalise the taste buds topped off with a kick to the brain from the nicotine buzz that all so importantly mellooooows the soul into a state of pure serenity?

...well that's what i look out for in a good cigar anyway! (oh dear, perhaps i've said too much!)

Did you find non aged ones on the strong side?

Don't know as I have never smoked a recent one.

Certainly had the WoW factor and it certainly gave me the buzz. A really enjoyable smoke that i would have again and again. For me, it went perfectly with rum laced coffee.

Looking forward to my next one . However I've got some spending to do first to get a bit of stock in so the boxes i buy can age a bit.

Yeah that's my problem, no stock to age, bought some pre aged ones (still got a few for that special moment)but expensive so plan on buying a few boxes here and there and gonna try to smoke less and should be sitting pretty...in a few years! Lol)

LoL, yes it could take a year or 3 to get a good stock.
