About to light one of the RPs I received recently and looking forward to it.

Hello David - Changed my mind and went for an Oliva which I found very mild, possibly a bit too mild for my taste. The light coloured wrapper should have told me something. However, I finished it and it wasn't all that bad. Wouldn't choose it again although I do have one left. As to which RP I have, probably you can tell me - from the photograph I posted yesterday. I'm only just beginning to explore NCs so totally unfamiliar with ranges.

look at the bottom band, does it say anything? if its a silver and white band it might be a 1999 vintage, on the pic the light is shining on the rp so cant see.

Dont think so David, have only been seriously smoking for a week
however, the RP 1990 Torpedo i had yesterday was very good.

The RP (which I have yet to smoke) has a second band 'Winter Collection 2012'. The Oliva has no additional band.

Well David, I think I can help, either the padron which is the brown one a with a bandvery similar to Montecristo or the cigar on the end looks like my father which was the cigar of the year in the US, basis on the picture of the lot together from the other

Spent the evening on the pc checking up on the NCs I received. It is amazing the amount of information available on each and every brand. It seems I got two each of :-

after a relaxing day getting over the cold, i had a little me time this evening!!! watched 'the adventures of baron munchausen', had a big bottle of leffe blonde, a few glasses of redbreast 12 year old irish whiskey (see review), capped off the night with a bowl of dunhill nightcap out back in the snow!!! done the trick, feel nice and relaxed now, ready to turn in!!! good night all!!
