Starting out with a Fonseca KDT Cadete, previously I really liked these for the price point but this one has been a big let down and I'm regretting getting a box at the moment... hopefully this was just a bad one and my palate hasn't moved on or been spoilt by better smokes!

I'll need to try to fit in something a bit better before the day is out!!

Think I'm going to start with a Bovril and a Partagas Short!
I fancy a HDM Epi 2 might try grab a nice coffee to pair with that.

Work at 5pm today so I decided to try one of the little Italian cigars that MarkLondon brought me back. Quite bitter but not completely unpleasant, the burn and the draw was excellent despite the fact it feels like a stick.

They are packed very tight aren't they, I think the garibaldi are the more maduro of the range. I'll bung you a classico and a coffee flavour to compare. Unless you hate them lol. I had some similar ones called Pedroni over there too, strong woody flavours, different to a fine Cuban let's say but I've enjoyed a few of these looking out to sea in Italia.

I've had a couple of those 'rustic' Italian cigars myself. I find they pair really well with a strong, strong coffee/espresso but they're not to my liking when smoked on their own

Haven't made a decision as yet still at work but will be a few short smokes tonight followed by a large one

Agreed, I quite often have thm with an espresso, or last one I had in Italy with the Mrs cousin we shared a small bottle of rum.
