It was pork scratchings gourmet style! With apple sauce and salt to suit! Very nice they where too! In fact the bar was, I'll do a write up about it tomorrow. The stick on the other hand was average at best

Love pork scratchings! The best I ever had was in Madeira, they just flayed a whole pig and roasted its entire pelt over hot coals. When you bought some, the fella just smashed some off with a hammer!

Its another food item I sometimes make at home with pretty good results.

Had some early birthday celebrations last night at Rum&Sugar. Tried a fair few rums including some I never had before.

Was excellent. I was gifted both cigars by friends last night. Nice full bodied smoke very smooth. Id love a box but I think they're around ?280 for a box of 10 so didn't splash out on one last time I visited UAE. Maybe on my next journey I'll be a little richer

Haha! That's why I like Spanish regionals. Cheap and great. I'm going to try and get to Amsterdam or Brussels in the next few weeks and grab some Benelux regionals.
