Had two sticks; yesteday a Hoyo Epi No 2 from '99 IMG_0211.jpgfirst half was perfect,IMG_0214.jpg IMG_0215.jpgsecond half not quiet as good, probably something to do with lack of concentration whilst making a few calls. For those who say the Hoyo No2 isn't for them, try a well aged one, if you still don't enjoy it, then it really isn't for you but that's ok coz thats more left for those of us that love 'em. Today A unique Havana sized cigar,SAM_4771.jpg let's see who came come up with it's vitola name first? It is to be fair the only remarkable thing about it, but a pleasent smoke all the same.SAM_4772b.jpg

Well, two today, a record for my expanding palette. This morning, a Rocky Patel 1990 Jr, i am befuddled by it, at times a bold nice taste, at others, overpowering and unpleasant and the burn was horrific. Now im sat with a Trini Reyes, my first quality cuban and Ican say, its finally hit me, a cigar I think I really enjoyed. Up till now, ive struggled picking flavours or combating what felt like either glaringly harsh tastes or a hollow taste, this however, settles my worries. Mild, yet tasty, the first time I can pick flavours out and truly appreciate a smoke, really impressed with the smoothness, definately happy I picked a 5 pack up! The bug might have finally bit, and the reyes was the bait.Attached Files
