Apparently it's raining at Wimbledon which is about five miles from here but the rain is holding off for me whilst I smoke a Tabak Especial Cafe con leche negra before work. I've had one of these before but this one is a bit harsher than I remember with, dare I say it, a bit of a cigarette taste. Not entirely enjoyable.

Picked up a few new ones from CGars yesterday during my lunch break; will try the Alec Bradley Punk later, have heard some good things with this brand- looking forward to it.

Thought I'd try a Punch Coronation today because of the mixed reviews...now I'm even more confused I don't quite know what to make of it.

I do tend to slobber in them though. Yum yum. I've had a hard bloody week, I'm having something tonight but can't decide what. Needs to repay me for my hard week but not be a two hour slog on my own in the garden/shed. Maybe I'll go with the monte especial no2.

i've never tried ageing them. they've always been quite nice whether it's 2 years old or just from Cuba.

They're my go-to daily cigars in Cuba. but i rarely touch them here.....

Note that a few months rare makes a difference on cigars like these. only time a few months would do something is to help alleviate the dreaded 'sick period'
