After a rare decent steak onboard, decided to burn this beaut that I have been carrying around in my travel humi, ex AdeUk pre '04. I have to say it was an excellent example & I found myself wondering, as I smoked it, why I don't smoke these more often? Of course if I did, my stock wouldn't have had the chance to become so superbly aged!
