Just back from my weekend with the Royal Navy Reserves. Just enough to remind me that 22 years of it full time was quite enough for me! Time to crack on and do the review for the Oliva Serie V Melanio Double Toro..

Today I had a AJ fernandez cigars
and boy it was good until I got up and the buzz started
and the sick felling kicked in
it was smooth with a lose draw so I just kept puffing
now I am paying the price.

Hi Ranks. I was thinking about getting some of these. Would you give them another go or avoid?

Only remady I can think of is maybe start on mild to medium bodied cigars and gradualy go onto medium to full bodied ones
                      and not puffing to fast.

Make sure you stay hydrated, a sugary drink helps to combat the nicotine. Stop as soon as you start feeling it.
I always have sweet coffee or full fat Coke. Keep some chocolate to hand. When you meet up for a herf you'll see a few of us bringing chocolate.

You will find the more relights you need the more you will increase the nicotine load as well so try not to let it go out if you can.

                              RASS 2008

Sunday afternoon with MLW. Look bored, be just a little annoying, fart a lot .... 'Why don't you go out to the cabin and have a cigar?' Result.
