The cigar is a Quinteros Londres Extra from 2010, the bright stuff in the background is Spring sunshine, both go well with a morning coffee on the patio

2015 RE Quay d'Orsay Diplomatico. Jury's out on this one. Some nice flavour in there but spoilt by an un-correctable side burn. The roll was at 45? and tight favouring the underside, which in my opinion upset the correct flavour delivery. As I said, I believe there are good flavours waiting to get out, but one big thing which is for sure, the Diplomaticos is not like the Embarajador which was a full flavour, full on beast on release. The Diplomaticos offers no hit in the strength department at all. Not that that matters to much although I do think that a bit of at release oomph in a cigar suggests a better ageing potential.

            Good show..!
Comprehensive assessment and an interesting read.

(P.S. Nice to see that lovely red ashtray getting a work out).
