I space them out too and enjoy every single one! I've only got half a dozen left, so really need to be on the lookout for another exceptional box of these

Indeed, it is rare for us to get meat good enough quality to serve rare (good silverside)but we were lucky today, now if only we had a glass of claret it would have been perfect!
