I smoked a R&J Short Churchill with a glass of Chivas Regal on the rocks.

    'Havana Classic' Torpedo (Natural) NC.

Started off all leathery, but by mid second third, I'd forgot the leather, dropped a e and got into a lather. A very reasonable smoke and an extremely well made, hand rolled, long filler offering from the outfit of the same name in Miami.

A Flor del Cibao 1999 vintage Especiale for me after lunch.

Probably the ugliest stick I have smoked to date: loads of water spots (leopard skin does NOT look good on 'gars! ), bent stick, little wrapper craks and large veins. Looks notwithstanding, not a bad stick at all. A mild-medium smoke very regular flavour profile throughout; toasty with a bit of spice and hints of cocoa and coffee, plus leather at the end. Not something I'd smoke when I want a treat, but not bad for driving.

Apparently these are from the Dominican Republic (hence the name ), but I haven't been able to find anything about these cigars anywhere except the little information CGras has (where I bought them).

Not sure which thread to post this on, was wondering when there would be a day when two people started the same thread at the same time.

A Vega Fina Perlas, simple little cigar and was consistent throughout.

Sorted now Paulie, well spotted. I must have took too long to post the original, as Ilker put his up 3 mins before.

Had an OCT07 RA Gigantes - don't smoke DCs very often, but this one is as good as I've had for a very long time

Was at the regional launch - but have saved the cigars to appreciate more another time. I started with a Hoyo De Monterrey Petit Robusto, then moved on to my main smoke- a Cuaba Diademas - otherwise known as the Hindenburg. hehe. Good night!

I had one a few weeks back from Feb 08 that was great.

                            MC #2....Excellent smoke!

Sparked up a second Secreto after the disaster (plugged) first one. Well this was a different story, easy draw loads of smoke, fought me a little with an uneven burn but being a small stick and i was out walking perhaps to be anticipated. Either way much improved experience and I am looking forward to the rest of them.
