PL Corona RE today - wrapper split on me, still enjoyable but the split upset the flavour balance

Bolivar Petit Corona, no photo sadly.

This is my first Bolivar and also the first cigar I could notice a change in flavour profile during the smoke. It went from a really nice smooth creamy flavour to a strong taste of pepper. It was young, so I'm interested to get around to an aged Bolivar I have saved.

Dunhil Signed Robusto always tinged with a bit of absolute joy and sadness - joy for the fantastic smoke and sadness because I have one less in my collection ☹️

Robusto 2011 courtesy of Greg's flash sale. Ever so slightly tight draw but absolutely fine, plenty of smoke, lovely burn. Very tasty, but I think I prefer the mag54 I had from him yesterday! Similarly priced so no biggie. Happy days when you prefer cheaper RE's.

                          Is that brewed in Brighton?

Don't think so. There is a pub in Brighton called the hobgoblin but I think it's unrelated.

                            I've just finished this actually

That’s it! I used to drink in there a lot many moons ago. You’re right, I believe it’s Wychwood brewery that makes it.

                              Great pub though.
