Yeah, but it's quite hot to do anything today to be fair, so I thought I might as well smoke...

I got a part box of these yesterday in a trade with Tomm783 and this went down a treat with a pint of rhubarb cider.

It wasn't too sweet like many fruit ciders and very refreshing.

Yes I'm not a fan of over-sweet cider's, what was the Rhubarb cider you had?

I like the Henry Weston Vintage Cider because it's not too sweet but a little punchy at 8.2%. I've had some lovely still cloudy cider's when I've been in Cider Country but hesitant to pick stuff off the supermarket shelf in case it turn's out to be a bottle or can of sweet nonsense.

Paired my E2 with a No-Alcohol G&T from Co-Op I picked up reduced, not being a massive fan of many soft drink's, was a great palate cleanser.

If you like less sweet ciders, Thistly Cross's Whisky Cask cider is lovely. Goes really well with a smoke as the aging (if it's called that with cider) in whisky casks really takes the sweet edge off and the added flavour goes great with a stick. Not sure if it'll be available in supermarkets south of the border though

I’m a fan of a few pints of gin and tonic, especially with grapefruit!
Ohh, and these - smoke is light but lovely flavour.
