My new job is remote work, and I only came here for a few weeks back in September, hand luggage, naff all clothes, just some cigars and a lighter. Easy to do this without kids or a partner. Not that many places near gmt timezone (+/- 3 is fine for my UK hours work) and warm in winter mind.

That's lucky....my workplace been a bit off with being aboard and working....can only do a month at a time.
