2018 HdM Epicure No.1 - After yesterday's Epi. Esp. which was slightly disappointing, I decided to try the is Epi 1... even more disappointing. Some hints of some nice cedar and spice, but held back by the draw, then made worse by the time it got to half way when the hole that had been bored by the draw tool directed the heat and bitterness from the cherry directly onto my tongue, so not the most pleasant.
