HdM Epi Especial - At 6 years old there was more spice than I expected from an 'aged' Hoyo. But tasted very nice. As a novice, frustratingly, I couldn't put my finger on the flavours, but whatever they were they were good.

A hoyo for me as well tonight. A good smoke but hoyo never really does it for me… too mild I think. Anyhow, have a good week everyone

I don't recall that being a particularly good Hoyo either

Have you seen one of those cigar flavour wheels? They can help you put a name to a taste.

It wasn’t bad and actually the last 1/4 or so was decent. I’ve had similar experiences with the Epi 2- yet to wowed but I still enjoy them

Hoyo's are on the Light scale so I wouldn't recommend matching with a spirit, as they are easily overpowered.. Try with a coffee & a Belgian beer if more is required. Also smoke in morning or after lunch, not really an after dinner smoke.
