Perfect pairing. Nothing works with fizz quite like a Cohiba

Don Pepin Garcia Original Double Toro - I was expecting a bold, peppery smoke from this, but surprisingly it was very smooth and rather mild. A pleasant 2 hours there.

Grass cut. Lunch done. 2006-2012 Edmundo. I think the earlier Eddie's are nicer than later ones. Is it just the age or has something changed? These seem smoother and a little less earthy.

Gurkha Cellar Reserve 18, one of my few NC. Started off a bit weak but really tasty after a few pulls. The draw is a bit loose for me but enjoyable nonetheless

I enjoyed it, draw was maybe a little loose. I’d probably punch it next time.

Due to working last night I was unable to have a cigar in our beloved Nic Wings memory, (5 years past and not forgotten).

1996 Hoyo Epicure No.2 is most fitting.. miss you mate 💙

Don't mind loose nowadays, getting alot of plugged Cubans lately, that is far more of a problem.

One can often recover a tight draw on a cigar. One can never fix a loose draw.

I much prefer a firm draw. Today's no.4 was too tight a draw to begin with, but it opened up a bit too a typical Cuban firm draw by the 2nd third. It was very solid to the touch at cold. I was worried.
