If the tubo is firmly closed and it's hot, it'll be like a little pressure cooker inside so I'm not surprised it's cracked to be honest

I concor, in the heat the cigar expands & will burst it's wrapper. I wouldn't keep good cigars in the caravan, best take a travelodor with you each trip & keep your stock im your humi's at home.
