Punch Super Selection No.1 - Difficult to find somewhere to smoke a cigar in the Philippines. So taking out my frustration on this Thai RE at the Davidoff in Manila, paired with a Macallan 12. Next to the LCdH to see what they have in stock...

Finally smoked this grand Boli' gifted from a good BOTL at the Churchill bar some yrs ago. I am not keen on Maduro wrappers so leave them a fair while too mature & soften a little. This was perfect, started matching with a coffee but by the time that was finished Single malt was required to match strength for strength. A mighty smoke indeed, lucky you if you still have a cab stashed away, I'd crack it open & given one a try.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny (2023)
At 1969, the captain in this film was pipe smoker and at least one of his crew was cigar smoker.

The Greek Archimedes (287 BC – 212 B) supposedly had a chain watch

and wore a wrist watch from an SS officer.

In real life at that time Archimedes had a today's style ''cuckoo" hydraulic watch in his house (invented by him)

and as many prominent Greeks a portable disc style watch. In the square and in some public building had other style of watches (in daylight) in ancient Gr towns.
Plato had a hydraulic ''whistle sound" watch and Aristotle an hydraulic ''knock sound" watch.

I am smoking Danish Mixture Orange Coco in a Brebbia, double Greek coffee plus cool water beside me. We have sun with 78 'F here in Athens.
