I have started off with a Trini Fundadore tonight, tomorrow lunchtime i have a RYJ petit Coronas in my sights, and for dinner a Punch Gigantes, San Christobal Muralla Sunday lunch and plan to round out the weekend with either an Aged Lusi or an 898u on Sunday evening. After a large Italian feast, its good to have a plan.

Any specific reason for the big smoke off, JLP? Or just a plain old simple "coz I want to"...?
Have to report a slight failure as i did not manage the Punch, but plenty of warm evenings coming to sort that one out, the 898u from C.GARS aged H&F range was superb, certainly nailed down the dinner of spicy king prawns, Italian meat balls and cream sponge cake soaked in Marsala, living in a town with 8000 Italiati does have some great culinary advantages.
