I've seen one photograph of the outside of the pub which Rob Fox showed me yesterday when I met him in St James's St and that was of the outside of the pub. He said once he got inside he forgot how to use his camera.
Has no one thought to record this momentous event?

I did intend to take a few but when i had arrived i found my phone was broken so i couldnt
i did see lots of photos being taken though, and a couple of lads making a video so hopefully some will come out soon!

Sounds like a great time was had! I'm really sorry I couldn't be there... I was otherwise engaged, but I had a good couple of cigars thinking of everyone.

Sorry to hear you are "not happy at all".

I have sent you your cigars and apologised for the delay. I would ask you to bear several points in mind:

• There was no refund, transfer or mail order options available with the tickets. You bought a ticket, you were entitled to attend the event. You did not attend. We did not offer any other alternative. We do not offer mail order on any cigars.
• Its odd that you book a ticket to attend an event, then decide not to go and then decide to bitch about the event.
• The selection of the cigars on the Cuban ticket was not only fairly unique and hard to find, but also at a very good price. Someone like Simply Cigars is over 25% more expensive for their on-line price. It compares well with people like Mitch from Cgars.
• One of the ways we achieved this level of value was by using drinks revenue on the day of the event to subsidise the cigar prices.

Now obviously you did not attend the event. Despite this I agreed, as a personal favour, to mail you the cigars.
I did not ask you for the contribution to postage and because it took a while to send out the cigars, I put an extra cigar into the package for you - a Bolivar Britanicus. Not a bad smoke btw.

So, once again, my apologies if you are not happy. I would be happy to refund you the ?89 and I can call round at yours (you only live about 10 miles from the pub) to collect the cigars in person to save any postage issues.
