Well I was hoping to attend but this bout of Sinusitis has stopped me from sampling a fine puro for over two weeks now, if by some miracle it clears up by the weekend I shall be there

Sorry, I just can't get the funds together for the trip this time. If I can find a travelling buddy from Yorkshire I still might make it but it's not looking good. I'll have to stay home and watch the golf instead.

I'm not sure I'm going to make this one I'm afraid. The terrible weather last weekend has forced some hastily re-arranged competitions where I work (I'm a golf course manager) and I'm struggling to weasel out of having to go in on sunday to prep the course

I'm still going to try and get there if I can, but if not I hope you all have a good one - Keith and The Prince are both legendary!

Im gutted.work have put me on call sunday and now on a disaplinary monday cos i called the boss a c**t infront of the whole office as he knew i wanted to go to the herf.vindictive git.if i get a call over that way ill pop in but not holdin my breath.so sorry to everyone.at least i will be able to go to the next one as ill be out of work by then lol.

...Speaking of work, my wife has just been called in to cover a shift for someone. She's not happy coz she now has to do a 24 hour shift and I'm not happy as apparently its not the done thing to leave your 4 year old daughter at home while you go out smoking and drinking....

Seeing as there are quite a few people in the general area, we should try and do this again/regularly.

Have a great one Brothers of the Leaf, and while you are sleeping it off think of me at 3 in the morning driving friends to the airport, I shall however be having a mini Herf in the car on the way home, I shall be passing close to Bedford so may well drop in on Monkeynuts at 5am to see if he want to join me Herfing.
