South Coast Herf Meet?

We seem to have a few members from the South of England. I know a couple of other guys who don't really use forums but would probably come.

We could meet in Basingstoke or a beach herf in Bournemouth. Might be fun. I'm happy for a week night or weekend. Anyone interested pop your name down.

I'm in Portsmouth one weekend about every 8 weeks or so. If it's while I'm down.... I'm in.

I'd be open to making it fit in with Marc's schedule. I drive to chichester on Friday afternoon to collect my kid and Sunday morning to drop her to work every other weekend. Unless she has other stuff on which is becoming more frequent now she's 15. Point being it would be great if that tied in with VTG's stuff.

I might be able to make it, being on the South coast myself - but it's a wide region, Portsmouth is a couple of hours away with poor traffic. Meh.

Yeah I think somewhere on that stretch of coast would be nice. Bosham is nice, my mum used to own a cafe there and if the weather is nice you can sit in the quay and smoke or go to the little pub on the waterfront. It has a nice patio overlooking the sea. You can "house dream" there too.

We could perhaps have a smaller North/Midlands meet up early in your stay and then you could have a Southern one later in your stay. That way there's a good chance everyone Will get a chance to meet you. Just a thought.
