Have we discussed dress code for this? I have been eying up a rather fetching onesie with matching cape, figure there ok as in tweed. Not sure what sort of tweed is best though. Any chance of suggestions [MENTION=1795]Sludgie[/MENTION] ?

Got to finalise menu soon

Am I too late?, I don't think I have a cheque book (that I can find at least, but will look tonight) I can transfer the deposit via a bank transfer or pay the gold club direct if I call them?.

I would love to come, however my working arrangements for the summer are not finalised (I'm an offshore contractor) so would be happy to send the deposit then settle up if 100% coming if able to...

Also, don't have PMs yet so need to discuss here, would be great to meet everyone!

Had a few thoughts about the menu and trying to make it easy on the catering so looks like I will go down these lines

A selection of starters and desserts available on a help your self buffet and for main we will do a carvery comprising a choice of beef Turkey & gammon or a bit of each along with selection of veg etc
And cheese boards at the end with Coffee
Any vegetarians please let me know or special diets
