    Historically anything that's been allowed to fly has had a requirement for rigorous pre flight checks or has been is wide open areas (remote control planes.)

    If Amazon/Google/Pizza Shops/Everyone and his dog... Has them then, 99.99% of them will never get checked..... Crazy, yet another example of people clambering for technology we really don't need.
