I am fairly new to the Forums myself so I tend not to post welcomes - but as I know you SLV60 (is that your real age?) I thought it would be rude not to say hello.

A few rules I have picked up along the way:
1. It is good form for newbies to send a cigar to everyone who posts a welcome.
2. Don't upset TJ
3. Don't attract more newbie welcomes than I did.
4. Don't exceed my average posting of 0.01 per day.
5. No capitals / bold headings.
6. Don't get the wrong idea about the photo's on the Cain / Nub competition thread
7. Don't post for a month should Scotland beat England at rugby tomorrow

I am sure there are other rules but that will do for now!

Sorry to be rude, really thought SLV60 would have pointed it out to you as a friend, but couldn't help noticing the small error in point no.7. I'm sure it was just cos you forgot to proof read it properly, but obviously you meant "when" and not "should". But hey, never mind, an easy mistake.

A few things to comment back on

Whiskey - sorry, no vacancies at the mo....but it is an unique industry to work in, I never thought I would survive 25 mins never mind 25 years....

Simonjgriiffithshr - I am relatively new to the Devon area, and so far the most common used phrase when introducing myself to a local Devonian is their retort of 'youre not from round here are you'...I confuse them by telling them I'm from Somerset
