Looks great. Never seen one of those. Is that a sloping lid? Because you'll need to stack them soon enough! 😁

Now to start testing your patience. What is it a week or two to stabilise? #tiktok

I think I may finally have this CAD under control...

It does indeed slope down from the back, the bottom compartment is quite deep so I can probably stack some there, and then there's a little shelf in the upper part of the slope area which I guess is a bit more for showing them?

The humidor is reading 70 now after about 4 days so I figured I should fill it up.
A small variety of Cuban cigars plus some Cararian cigars and a couple of cheap dominican cigars that I picked up in tenerife.

it's a squeeze to fit it all in so I should get to trying some of them once they've had a couple of days in there!

          You need a bigger humidor!

I gave a few to friends on the weekend and smoked a few myself, which has created enough room that I can actually fit them all in properly! I still haven't tried enough yet to figure out what I really like yet, my favourite so far has been the Montecristo no. 4. The Hoyo was smooth but pretty mild tasting, as was the Canarian El Lugar cigar I tried.

The Petit Corona is a good size to start with for working out which brands you like. I'd recommend the ones made by Bolivar, Por Larranaga and Sancho Panza.

Thanks for the recommendations Mcdee, what is it about the petit corona size that makes it a good one to experiment with?

For me, it's a good everyday size that anyone can enjoy but also handy if you're looking to try before moving up to bigger sizes in the brand.

Thanks for the advice, I've ordered a little selection of petit coronas to try, including some Bolivar ones!

Tried a Jose L. Piedra Breva today, quite smooth and plenty of flavour, decent buy especially considering the price!

I have learnt 2 things today:
                              1. This flavoured Drew Estate Larutan dirt is not to my taste
                              2. Having 2 cigars in a night gets me in trouble with the mrs!
