Hello everyone, Andy here. I've been dabbling in cigars for many years and joined this forum today in advance of a trip I'll be taking to London come the end of November. I'm sure visiting these forums will give me plenty of ideas for shops to visit while I'm there.
Welcome Andy, You will love London, I am visiting before Christmas so am interested as well. although ony from about 150 miles away so not as far as you
Come on the London Massive, give Andy some 'not to miss' cigar sites of our fine capital
I can only talk about my regular haunts. Are you coming with a partner as this may restrict the amount of time you can sneak away. La Casa is at least half a day as it is out of central London but if you are an aficionado it will be well worth it (open late night on Thursdays if this helps?)
You need to go to (in no particular order):
JJ Fox in Central London - for the tradition, some nice sticks and the Churchill museum AJ's (LA Casa de Habanos in Teddington) - for one of the best stocked rare smoke shops in the world! Cgars in West Hampstead - for some of the best priced Cubans in the UK and a great range/service 10 Manchester Street in Central London - A high class Hotel where you can smoke your own sticks (but drinks are expensive)
All just MHO and I'm sure others will have an opinion.
NicWing who posts on here also runs a guided London Cigar Walk, don't know if any of his dates coincide with yours?
