yeah, popularity is often destructive in forums. When the forum i moderate got ridiculously popular, the standard of posts went down, and the number of rules to keep things on track went up.

I suspect a few more mods will be needed and a decent culture of ensuring people don't step out of line and a general policy basis of being friendly to fellow BOTLs should sustain us in the right direction, and keep us apart from the other whinging forums.
